ICT Educators’ Cohort First Roundtable

ICT Educators Rountable for Media and Information Literacy and

Nexschools is fostering media and information literacy and cyber safety among schools’ communities to celebrate UNESCO’s Global MIL Week 2021.

The educators with knowledge and expertise in ICT and 21st-century skills digital skills for information society came forward to participate in the first roundtable. There was an acceptance that education is at the heart of building school culture to take on the new challenges that are surfacing due to the wired world and particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mradula Singh, Founder, NexSchools led the roundtable and shared her immense respect for educators’ contributions.

The cohort of ICT educators will work together to join hands with the efforts of NexSchools – “Happier and Safer Internet” – A Project.

The initiative is open to ICT, media literacy educators to shape the whole school culture and community. The floor mutually agreed to work on building competencies for school leaders starting from November
