How Tech Helps Me Learn Connect and Care

Welcome to my very first blog! I'm super excited to share how I use technology every day, not just for fun, but also to learn new things, stay in touch with friends and family, and even help others.

I use technology all day in various forms. I wake up and use my tablet to check the weather. In school, I have a computer to do my work and a tablet at home to play or make games. After school, I use technology to talk to my friends or play games for fun. Sometimes I help my mom use technology more efficiently. Technology is part of my fun, learning and communicating. Honestly, it's hard to go a day without using technology!

It's helpful for my daily life and makes everything so much more fun and easy. Have you ever thought it is all fun and no risks when you are online. How we use technology every day to staying safe is more important, here are some simple tips to stay safe online.

• Never share personal information like your full name, address, phone number, or school name.
• Use strong passwords with letters, numbers, and symbols; don’t share them with anyone.
• Think before you click on links, pop-ups, or messages from people you don’t know.
• Only talk to people you know in real life and never meet strangers from the internet.
• Ask an adult for help if something online makes you feel uncomfortable or confused.
