Really don’t want to waste this summer vacation dumped in your phone your laptops, want a break from technology; well you’ve certainly picked the right place to come to. Have your own summer fest right where you are. Read my first blog to get going and make this one summer vacation the most memorable.

• Organise Art Workshops

  Instead of just sitting bored all day why not have an art workshop. All you have to do is call some friends, make a small poster put it on the notice board, and you are all set. You can make anything you want just let your imagination fly and make it fun.

• Clean the Environment

  If you’re a nature lover, don’t hesitate at all. Step up, call some friends and have new plants planted around your residence. Encouraging others will really help. This would be an awesome life changer to have.

• Water Saving Activities

  If you want to save water but you have no way then this is the best you can do. You can start at your community. Fix all leaking pipes and taps, request everyone to make sure they do the same. Encourage your friends near or far and make your own charts and boards. If you like you can also have water saving awareness seminars or make it a theme for other workshops about awareness of how precious water is- “Every Drop Counts”.

• Fun Fairs

  Not much into nature? Don’t worry we have solutions for that too. Put stalls of games and food, you can also have competitions like dance, music, food making, food eating, board games and the list goes on and on.

• Sports Day 

  Don’t really feel anything that interests you, well then sports can always get you somewhere. Organise a fun Sports event in your community with all games you can think of - running races, lemon spoon race, relay, cycling, swimming (if you have a swimming pool in your community), long jump and much more. Remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect just enjoy it and the perfection will run to you.

• Reading Clubs

  If reading is your passion then have your own reading club this will help you to boost your vocabulary and make others love to read. Pick a book, invite all your friends and read aloud or enact the characters. At the end, you may conduct vocabulary quiz. Keep loads of cookies to munch.

• Make Your Own Summer Camps

  You love all these amazing options but don’t have time to do them one day by day then you can surely do all these things in one summer camp. No need to worry, just have two things in one day this would be more easier and you can have all the fun you want.

• Charity

  If you really want to do something good this summer, you can always gather the money you get from your stalls and give them in charity. This is one of the best things; you can do during this summer vacation.
